The mission of this petition is accomplished! Therefore, NEPCA will close this petition today. Congratulations to all participants fighting for the new Health Center.  In summary, 395 people signed this online petition, and 543 signed the hardcopy version, a total of 938 signatures. In addition, other partners assisted 400 people sending postcards to the City Council; a total of 1338 people loudly supported the new health center at the Friends Hospital site.
