  • 持有绿卡5年以上, 或与美国公民伴侣结婚3年以上

  • 带来绿卡以及任何其他身分證明文件，包括護照、結婚/離婚證明、子女出生證明等。

  • 参加者需要事先通过筛选  

请尽早 拨打 347-719-1402 , 用英语留言或送短讯说明 “interest in naturalization”. 工作人员会与您联络,访问您的申请资格. 若符合条件,即邀请您来参加以上活动来完成填写 N-400 表格 和做后续安排. 如果您未及格，我們將為您提供資源（例如語言課程）以更好地为下一次做好準備。


* Esperanza Immigration Legal Services (EILS) (埃斯佩兰萨移民法律服务处) 提供免费法律服务,但申请者可能要自付移民局所征纳的费用. 根据申请者的家庭收入,也许您有資格得到減免移民局的征费。

* EILS 主要是为西班牙裔公益服务的机构.今初步开放给华人民众, 中文翻译还没完善. 因此,建议申请者自带翻译人 或要懂得用英语沟通. 不便之处,敬请谅解.


* The Chinese translation of the above services may not yet ready. It is recommended that applicants bring their own Chinese translators or be able to communicate basic English.  

* Esperanza Immigration Legal Services provides free legal services, but applicants may have to pay the fees collected by the immigration office themselves. Base on client’s family income, client may be qualified for a fee waiver or fee reduction.

*  Client should send a text/voicemail message with their “interest in naturalization” to 347-719-1402. They will be provided with a short survey to complete. If eligible based on that information, they will be scheduled for a consult and invited to the clinic. If not, they will be provided resources (such as language classes) to better prepare.
