EILS offer two Citizenship Clinics 免费公民身份申请作坊 3/22/2024 & 4/12/2024


In February 2024, Esperanza Immigration Legal Services (EILS) and the Northeast Philadelphia Chinese Association (NEPCA) entered into a partnership to make EILS legal services available to the Chinese community. 

NEPCA will help promote EILS legal services to its WeChat network. In the early phase, Chinese clients would need to be able to communicate in English to get services. We anticipate that Chinese language services will be more available in the future as demand builds up. 

EILS has been serving the Spanish community for many years. We are grateful to EILS for extending its services to the Chinese community. 

NEPCA and EILS are looking forward to building a better community together! Cheer!
