Community Event Announcement

 

Community Resource Fair Program  

Date: 12/17/2022, 10AM - 4PM

Location: 6600 Bustleton Ave, Phila. PA 19111

Theme: This event brings public resources and information to the underserved immigrant community in the lower Northeast.  

The programs create opportunities for community agencies and residents from diverse cultures and backgrounds to interact with each other.

The morning round table discussion (by invitation) facilitates community members of a diverse community coming together and brainstorming how to build a safer and better community for all.

The afternoon free admission program provides food and holiday performance entertainment. We hope community members would put aside worry and differences, have fun, and dance together as a big family.

Program Details: 

     1) Symposium  (by invitation only);

  1. Community Services Expo & Holiday live performances - Free admission

1 pm – 4 pm Community Resources Fair

  • Resources within the community,

  • Free diapers, formula, and products

  • job resources 

  • Victim Services information,

  •  Walk-in free Hepatitis B test 

  • Blood pressure/sugar/oxygen checks

  • Food and Refreshments, and more...

 

1 pm – 4 pm Holiday live performances

  • 1 pm – 2:30 pm Chinese artist Multilanguage performances featuring YI MING SOFYIA XUE, Vocalist for Disney’s song, and PEIYUAN XIE award-winning vocalist; 

And performers from the International Chinese Art Society of Americas, 

Philly Breeze band, and Community Square dance sister troupes.
